The video is an example of part of a story written by and acted out by high school students as part of a project on The Maltese Falcon. There are many kinds of digital stories and several Web 2.0 tools and sites to help tell them. C is for Crime was created and edited in imovie and simply embedded in a this blog. There are other links on the right where students can write their own stories using a template such as Pinky Dinky Doo. com. Free form short stories are on Voice Thread where people from around the world come together to comment on an image using speech, writing or drawing. I will be showcasing some of the stories my students create and also providing links to other story sites around the web.
